At Only Lovers Left, we want your pieces to last a lifetime. If your selection doesn't feel like the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn garments in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
